Thai Face Slapping

This is another natural facelift method which involve a manipulation of the fats in the face with an ancient slapping technique which literally lifts the face before your eyes!!

Sounds impossible?  A woman in Thailand called  Khemmikka Na Songkla.    She performs natural face lifts , breast enlargement, buttock and waist alteration/enhancement by using an ancient slapping technique taught to her by her grandmother.

Tanaka Face Massage

Whilst browsing the net looking products for lifting and firming the face i came across the most fantastic method being used in Thailand and Japan. Again its the method of fat displacement and massage, by massaging and smoothing certain points on the face and smoothing the displaced fat down the lymphatic drainage point. The first I discovered was the Tanaka Face Massage uploaded to Youtube by epicbeautyguide  I have been doing this wonderful facial massage almost everyday for 2 weeks now and i can definitely notice a different already!! My chubby cheeks have slimmed down a little bit and my cheek bones are now slighly more prominent. I need to write out the massage points as I have to keep doing it with the youtube video which isnt always practical first thing every morning!!

I rubbed extra virgin olive oil onto my face prior to the massage and also kept a little beside me to reapply as I went along.  Try this I absolutely recommend this if anything my face feels so much softer and more supple, my skin seems more radiant, its worth doing for that alone!!

Blog update

Hi all sorry for my quietness on all things naturally enhanced but I have been unwell lately and after being rushed to hospital with stomach pains, it turns out that I had an hernia and had to have an emergency operation.  I am recovering at the moment, but for obvious reasons I will be unable to report on the effects of the waist cincher or abdominal toner.  However I can say that prior to having the difficulties i had lost 1 inch from my stomach and saw just the slightest hint of definition starting to show through!! This was after using the abdominal toner for a minimum of one hour 5 times a week.  I decided against using the waist cincher as it seemed counter productive to use both the squeem and toner simultaneously. (Plus the squeem was  uncomfortable I just couldnt keep it on longer than 2 or 3 hours.  It seems I have grown somewhat since I first purchased it!!).
However I will be back on track with all natural enhancements as soon as im well enough xx

Orthokeratology

Orthokeratology  for short sightedness

Orthokeratology also known as Ortho-K is a non-surgical process which reshapes the cornea of the eye using special rigid contact lenses to reduce refractive errors of shortsightedness.  The lenses  are worn at night and gradually reshape the cornea and the new corneal shape is retained during the day.  This method of reshaping is said to reduce the light refracting power of the cornea and reduce or eliminate shortsightedness and astigmatism.
After lengthy optical examinations a precise and accurate measurement is taken of the eye detailing the curvature of the cornea and then custom made lenses are manufactured for you. You need to have several follow up appointments with your Ortho-K practitioner to monitor your progress.  It is claimed that your shortsightedness  up to -5.00 and mild astigmatism can be corrected by this moulding of your cornea.  It is not a permanant fix for shortsightedness, once your corneas have been reshaped you will need to continue to wear the night lenses as a maintenance measure,or your eyes will return to their original shape and your vision will deteriorate. 
However the idea that you can wear these reshaping lenses at night and be glasses or contact lens free with great vision all day the following day is quite fascinating!
